| Ultra-Sil 30D | An incredibly lightweight yet durable fabric used in the use of many Sea to Summit products. This 30-denier Nylon is made with yarns Cordura® for durability, woven in a ripstop pattern. Two versions of this fabric are used: Water resistant products (such as Ultra-Sil Stuff Sacks) are siliconised on both sides for easier packaging. Waterproof products (such as UltraSil Dry Sack) are siliconised on the outer side and coated with PU on the inside to allow the seams to be bonded. Both versions have a hydrostatic head of over 2000 mm, making them more than waterproof for the types of environments for which they are intended. |
