The sun's reflection at high altitude is more powerful than elsewhere, so it is important to protect yourself from it in order to avoid sunburn.
Essential sun protection
It is important to look after your skin when taking part in high altitude mountain activities. We recommend applying a layer of high protection sun cream and lip balm before you start your activity. At the end of the day, moisturise your skin, which, despite previously applied care products, will have been dried out by the climate.
