. The prices displayed on snowleader.ch are including the Swiss tax of 8,1% and the customs duties.

If you place your order from Monday to Tuesday before 11 am, the items will be dispatch the next day by SwissPost to the defined delivery address.
If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply fill in the returns form, then send the package back to us. Returns must be made within 60 days after receiving your order. The return must be posted within 14 days after you received the return documents. ;If you wish to return an item, we can refund you directly on the method of payment you used for your order or give you Snowleader credit : redeemable on all snowleader.com items for 1 year. Please note that the original shipping costs (when the order was first sent to the customer) are only refunded if the entire order is returned. (SwissPost standard shipping).
CONDITIONS TO GET REFUNDED ?
*The products must be new and unused, in the original packaging with original labels attached
*For Safety and Health reasons, we do not accept returns of the following; mounted skis and snowboards / cut climbing skins / thermoformed boots /perishable goods / suncream / cleaning products and underwear.
*If you are returning a package it must be returned in its entirety.
*In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised following the supply of PPE (safety equipment subject to legislation on Personal Protective Equipment) which includes in particular harnesses, carabiners, descenders, cams, ropes, straps and all safety and belay equipment for climbing and mountaineering.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ?
Go to your online space and go to the My Orders tab, then choose the order concerned and the products to be returned. You will receive a pre-paid label at our address in Switzerland and a return form by email. A fee of 3.99 CHF will be deducted from your refund, this is a returns handling fee.
You can drop your parcel at the nearest post office or ask your postman to pick it up directly at your home.

You reside in Switzerland and wish to collect your order from our premises or have it delivered in France
: We will apply French VAT to all items of your order.
Snowleader offers customers who are not resident of European Union member countries the possibility to reclaim taxes charged on orders delivered to metropolitan France.
If you want your order to be delivered in France, you will have to place it on
www.snowleader.com
and pay in euros. No tax refund is possible for customers ordering
on the swiss website and having their order
delivered in Switzerland since prices already include local taxes.
