How to choose the right climbing helmet
Above all, it is important to choose a climbing helmet with good ventilation. In order to provide protection from falling rocks, however, there shouldn't be any holes on top of the helmet.
Weight is also a factor to consider when selecting your helmet. A lightweight helmet, for instance, will be more stable and more comfortable to wear, to the point where you forget you're even wearing it.
