Keeping hydrated during any activity is absolutely essential to your performance – the easier it is to keep drinking water, the better! Hydration systems, water bladders, water reservoirs… whatever you call them, hydration systems are the best way to ensure that you get the optimum amount of water to your body. Having the mouth piece next to your shoulder means you don’t have to stop to keep hydrated. We are often dehydrated well before we feel thirsty, but with a hydration system, you can take regular sips on the go!
