The brand’s Summit 48+5 mountaineering Ferrino backpack is a lightweight and versatile piece of kit, designed to meet the demands of mountain adventures.

Its roll-top closing system provides effective protection for your material, whilst its removable hood offers an extra 5 litres of volume and features an integrated secure pocket for valuables. For optimal organisation, it features pockets with gussets on the sides , a zipped back pocket with a key ring, and a dedicated compartment for avalanche safetyequipment. This functionality is enhanced by the inclusion of a helmet holder and ice axe holders, as well as a carrying system for the rope, skis and snow shoes. Foldable side compression straps allow you to adjust the volume and secure your load.

Comfort and practicality are not overlooked, with a removable waist strap featuring a pocket and a Chest strap incorporating a safety whistle. Gear holders are fitted to the waistband and on the inside of the back, supplemented by additional straps for carrying extra gear. Access to the contents from the front is made easy by a water-repellent vertical zip with water resistance. The bag is also compatible with a Helmet Holder and a hydration system. The carrying system Hollow Back System, which combines padded sections with ventilation channels and a quick-drying 3D mesh, promotes ventilation and comfort during exercise. A removable aluminium frame on the back ensures good support and effective weight distribution. The SOS instructions printed on the interior provide a significant security feature.
