No subject to promotional offersThe Smart 2.0 from the brand Mammut is an intuitive and ultra-light belay system.
This new version of the system offers much more effective braking as well as a better grip. Thanks to its new braking insert, it passively locks the rope during the climber’s rests, thus easing the belayer’s task. With this system, belaying someone becomes child's play!
Moreover, for children and beginners, the brand offers an extension called the Smarter, which makes the system even safer by preventing possible “beginner” errors from the belayer in the event of a fall.
- Easy to use: no piece or lever to handle
- Based on the tube principle, suitable for both lead climbing and top-rope
- Ensures rope locking
- New high-performance braking insert
- Recommended use with the Smart HMS
Rope diameter: from 8.7 to 10.5 mm
