The Set Via Ferrata Ergo Zip is a via ferrata system designed by Salewa.

This set consists of a lanyard with two carabiners Ergotec 2.0 at each end. These carabiners are so comfortable to hold that they are also suitable forchildren’s hands.

Practical for use with gloves, the palm-lock mechanism provides added security by preventing accidental opening.

Some via ferrata routes can be long and demanding, so Salewa the company has developed these ergonomic carabiners, which reduce the force required by 30%. They are designed to be compatible with any type of security system whilst being extremely resistant.

This lanyard features a shock-absorbing mechanism, which includes a rest strap and a buckle designed to make it easier to handle close to the body.
