An improved version of the brand's first locking pulleys, this compact model is ideal for emergency rescues, self-rescue, ascending, or even self-belaying if you are alone. Finally, the Ropeman 4 is compatible with a wide range of rope diameters, flat or tubular webbing, and even HMS and oval carabiners.
On the practical side, the locking mechanism on the side sliding plate will prevent the rope from becoming trapped between the side plate and the cam during ascent, giving you greater efficiency and safety. You can also count on this product, which is made from a mix of light and strong metals, to ensure that the device rotates completely around the carabiner thanks to its large cylindrical hole.
