Rook 50 Dark Charcoal/Silver

The Rook 50 Dark Charcoal/Silver is a trekking backpack from the brand Osprey. It offers an exceptional level of comfort and convenience so you can embark on multi-day self-supported trips.

Its generous volume of 50 litres allows you to organise your equipment optimally for your outings in a backpack designed for your comfort. You will be able to carry heavy loads without compromising your back with the new Rook.

It features an ultra-adjustable ventilated back panel made of AirSpeed™ mesh, suspended above a large cavity for better airflow between your back and the pack. This design allows the body to mould into the back of the pack for optimal comfort and an even more stable and supported load carriage.

The intuitive vertical adjustment system on rails allows you to quickly and easily tailor the pack to your torso length. The pack offers a wide range of back lengths as well as load-lifter straps on the shoulder straps for better weight distribution on your shoulders. The hip belt is ultra-padded to ensure better cohesion between your body and the pack without compromising carrying comfort.

The Rook range maintains the brand’s spirit with numerous storage compartments so you can easily organise your pack and access your gear without wasting time. It includes a lower sleeping bag compartment with a removable divider, multiple compression straps to increase pack stability while retaining access to mesh water bottle pockets on the sides. It also offers two pockets on the hip belt and a large pocket on the top lid for storing small items with quick, easy access.

Finally, it is also compatible with the Daylite range, allowing you to combine the two models for greater volume. This compatibility also means you effectively have two packs in one, enabling you to go on shorter outings with the smaller pack while leaving the larger one at the tent or refuge to travel lighter.
