Inspired by its predecessors, the Ribelle Run 2 GTX takes its name from the iconic range of lightweight, modern Mountaineering equipment – and Ribelle with good reason. This shoe is designed to meet your technical requirements for short- to medium-distance trail running and skyrunning races. To meet these requirements, this is a shoe with a precise fit. Scarpa fitted it with a rod featuring a Construction Sock-Fit LW. This ensures that the shoe is protected from the natural elements getting inside it. There are no seams on the upper part of the upper; a mesh panel wraps around the foot , supported by a film TPUthat provides additional support and abrasion resistance. Inspired by climbing shoes and mountaineering boots, an EVA strip connects the Midsole and the forefoot to the heel, ensuring flawless stability. The membrane, meanwhile GORE-TEX® ePE , protects your feet from the elements so you can enjoy them whatever the weather.
The is Ribelle Run 2 GTX fitted with a new rubber sole Presa®. These soles offer excellent grip in both wet and dry conditions. Each one is designed for the use of the footwear it is fitted to. The foot features studs for excellent grip and precision.
