The men's Radical Down M Hood Jkt Black Out from Dynafit is filled with goose down. It is warm and lightweight and designed for ski touring. But you may also use it for other sports activities such as mountaineering, or to keep you warm after your cross-country skiing session, or on your urban outings!
It is lightweight and made of water-repellent, fluocarbon-free Downtek® down with a DWR treatment. Its nylon external layer keeps you warm and dry 10 times longer than untreated down. Indeed, down has excellent insulating properties while having minimal weight and storage volume. It keeps you dry, even in high altitude humidity. Moreover, down dries quickly so that you can wash your jacket without it losing its technical features.
Stretch inserts on the sides and under the arms ensure excellent freedom of movement. Its many pockets make it easy to carry the energy gels and bars you need, as well as all your hiking gear.
Finally, its fitted cut gives you a very professional look and enables you to save space when you compress it to the bottom of your bag.

| DownTek ™ | This water-repellent down has been treated with a water-repellent nanotreatment. When ordinary down is exposed to humidity, droplets cling to the down cluster, causing it to collapse. Once wet, ordinary down loses its insulation ability because the air pockets that provide insulation collapse. However, DownTek ™ stays dry 27 times longer than ordinary down when exposed to water! |
| DWR | The DWR finish repels light rain and snow and enables the fabric to dry quicker. In addition to the waterproof, breathable membrane, the DWR finish prevents the fabric from saturating with humidity, so that the breathable membrane remains effective. |
