On the practical side, this creation from the platypus has a 3L tank with a three-layer wall and an easily detachable handle so you can compress and roll the tank when you choose to use the compression filter. What's more, its double internal and external thread on the unfiltered water inlet side and its ConnectCap™cap on the clean water side are compatible with different types of bottles, flasks and tanks. But that's not all! The quick-connect tube can be used with all quick-connect and QuickDraw tanks for maximum versatility, and the vented bottle adaptor attaches to either wide or narrow necks to receive freshly filtered water.
