| The distinctive feature of this backpack is its back panel made from compressed Swiss wool. Just as with clothes, mountaineers benefit from the unique temperature and moisture regulation offered by wool, which helps keep their backs dry. Thanks to the wool, the back panel of the backpack can absorb almost 30 times more moisture than that of similar backpacks with a foam back panel, and it is almost 7% more breathable. Another advantage of wool is that the surface of the back panel dries more quickly. The full-contact back panel fits snugly against the body and provides optimal load distribution. Its construction involves two aluminium struts, which provide excellent stability and a high level of comfort even when carrying a heavy load. |
