At Altra, the primary goal is to combine comfort and protection. The concept of a 0 mm drop helps preserve the foot’s natural stride to encourage good habits. The front of the shoe is also wider than a conventional shoe, and its Original Footshape Fit structure provides space for your foot and toes to move freely and allow proper blood circulation.
This hiking version with a low cut features a GORE-TEX® membrane that keeps your feet dry while maintaining great comfort and strong ankle support. It retains good breathability, and its leather mesh makes it durable against mountain wear and tear.
It is designed to offer ease and versatility across all terrains. Lightweight, it provides remarkable grip and maximum cushioning. This is thanks to the combination of the soft EVA foam midsole and the Vibram® Megagrip outsole, which grips all surfaces, wet or dry.
