No subject to promotional offersTheOrange/Brown Island MFS Active "Rock" GTX is a men's hiking boot that has become much more than a benchmark at Meindl for all dedicated and technical hikes.
With its high-top nubuck leather upperand stone guard, it guarantees optimal protection while offering exceptional durability in the harshest conditions.
Thanks to (MFS Memory Foam System ) technology, the upper gradually adapts to the body shape of the foot under the effect of body heat, ensuring a perfect fit without pressure points.
The insole effectively Air-Active® Soft Print wicks away moisture to keep feet dry, while its lacing system Digafix®, with diagonal and flexible binding, ensures a precise fit without compressing the instep, offering excellent comfort for hours of walking and even snowshoeing.
Finally, it is at the level of the exterior flange and its stone guard that theIsland MFS Active "Rock" GTX differs from its big sister. Indeed, the sole Meindl Multigrip® Rock has been developed in two parts. The middle sole is made of flexible orange rubber for better grip on slippery surfaces, such as wet wood, and has reinforcement of profiling on the edge to prevent sideways slipping.
The other part, the outsole, is made of highly abrasion resistant, grippy rubber, with small preformed lugs providing greater flexibility for improved freedom of movement.
Finally, it is of course equipped with the famous waterproof membrane GORE-TEX that guarantees you will stay dry whatever the conditions.
