| MERINO WOOL | The comfort and performance of merino sheep wool are exceptional. Soft and flexible, this wool is an excellent thermal insulator that ideally regulates body temperature both in winter and summer. It can absorb one third of its weight in water vapour, and its heat release prevents the sensation of chill. Even when wet, the garment remains warm. Wool fibres are naturally resistant to mechanical wear, soil very little, and are antibacterial, thereby significantly reducing unpleasant odours as well as washing needs. Like all natural fibres, merino wool is biodegradable. |
