Lighter than the classic models, the backpacks in the Guide Lite range are ideal for ambitious mountaineers looking for a very light and practical backpack for their expeditions.
Featuring the Lite back system combined with a sporty V-shape and a flexible Delrin® frame, This backpack offers you a good carrying comfort and a good distribution of light to medium loads while carrying a featherweight. With its simple features and clear design, this model is reduced to the essentials but is still very functional. This way, the abdominal belt can be removed if you don't need it for even more lightness.
Very practical, the Guide Lite 22 SL is easy to fill in thanks to its conical shape. It also has an interior compartment to store your valuables, attachments for ice axes and poles and is compatible with a 3L water pouch.
This special women's model also has a shorter back, narrower straps and a belt specially adapted to the female body shape.

The SL Fit - Female adjusted fit:
- Shorter back Women's backs are generally shorter than men's. The carrying systems of the Deuter SL models are therefore cut shorter to better adapt to the female body shape.
- Narrower straps. The straps have a pronounced S-shape and rounded edges. For a perfect fit on the shoulders, without pressure or friction.
- Conical hip stabilisers. The hip stabilisers form a cone to fit the female shape perfectly.
