The Duo from the brand YY Vertical is an ultra-light training accessory designed for finger muscle and tendon reinforcement during climbing.

It allows you to work on one finger at a time or perform two-finger grip exercises thanks to its 25 mm deep ruler . Versatile, it can be used with an elastic band, a weight or simply suspended by attaching it to a Quickdraw or a tree.
