Anti-sting plasters -
The Bee-Patch is a soothing solution for bites from the brand Pharmavoyage.
In the event of wasp, bee, hornet or bumblebee stings, it Bee-Patch soothes inflammation, pain and itching in 5 minutes. This effect is due to the principle of osmosis. Each patch contains 220mg of concentrated sucrose. On contact with the sucrose, the venom is extracted and transferred to the patch. In the Scandinavian countries, sugar has always been applied to bites.
Usage advice:
To increase effectiveness, it is important to remove the stinger immediately and apply Bee-Patch within 30 minutes of the sting. Remove the protective film from the patch and moisten the centre of the patch with water or saliva. Place the patch over the bite and press firmly. Wait one hour before removing the patch.
Precautions for use:
Single use and external treatment only. The patch should be used immediately after opening. If irritation occurs, remove the patch. If you are allergic to wasp or bee stings, always follow your doctor's recommendations. Sucrose is not absorbed by the body and can therefore be used by people with allergies, including diabetics. The packaging should be disposed of with household waste. Store in a dry place and do not expose to direct light.
