The Be Safe carabiner from Beal is an HMS screw-in belay carabiner designed for use with your belay device.

This means that it can comfortably accommodate 2 ropes at the same time, without the risk of them overlapping during a fall.

The reception cradle ensures that the two ropes slide together and does not generate friction on the sides of the carabiner when the rope is braked, during abseiling or when stopping a fall from the leader.
