Men's trail running shoes -
Designed for long distance running and ultras, Akasha II is a women's trail running shoe from La Sportiva that has been given a facelift, both technically and in terms of its looks, while retaining its key features: protection, comfort and cushioning.
This model is inspired by the design of the Bushido with its stone guard and sole block to protect the foot on rocky ground. It is a high-performance shoe for technical mountain terrain. This shoe is also very comfortable thanks to the construction of its upper, which avoids compression points while still providing excellent fit and support, as well as its large internal volume, which all make this shoe perfect for prolonged use.
The cushioning is very effective and provides impact absorption, making it ideal for covering long distances. The Cushion Platform footbed in particular has been reworked. Its FriXion® Red dual-compound outsole with a Trail Rocker gives this shoe technicality and ease-of-use on all terrain surfaces, with maximum grip and increased wear resistance. It is a high-performance shoe for technical mountain terrain.

| FriXion® Red | The soles of the FriXion® range are designed to be durable and adaptable to their function and the terrain they encounter. The Red version offers a sole that combines excellent grip with wear resistance and impact absorption |
| ORTHOLITE® | The soles are made of open-pore polyurethane. To put it simply, it is a foam membrane! This honeycomb sole design wears less quickly than traditional soles, draining moisture more easily and absorbing impact better. Footwear with this technology will keep feet warm and dry, protecting against bacteria and fungus while improving performance through shock absorption and minimal wear over time. |
