The Backland 102 2026 is a unisex ski touring model from the brand Atomic.
The Backland range owes its success to its perfect balance between the two key aspects of ski touring: light enough to climb slopes without excessive fatigue, and enough flotation with its 102 mm waist and stability in deep snow for the descent. This is achieved thanks to its Ultra Light Woodcore made of poplar and caruba wood, and its three-dimensional HRZN 3D tip.
Its cambered profile underfoot and Powder Rocker at the tip and endpiece/hinge mount make the ski playful and manoeuvrable in powder as well as on crusted snow.
Its Cap Sidewall construction ensures excellent edge grip for confident hold and enhanced durability.
