The Wayback 92 is a men's touring ski from K2.
The Wayback range offers excellent downhill performance, great grip and impressive stability in all snow conditions. This range also features hydrophobic Snowphobic top sheets, which prevent snow from sticking to the top of your skis, making your skis heavier. Ingenious! The Skin Grommets attachment system is very easy to use and very reliable. The core is made from Tour LitePaulownia wood, which makes the ski lightweight and gives it excellent handling on both ascents and descents.
The Wayback with its 92mm waist, is the intermediate ski in the range. This ski goes down just as well as it goes up. This is what has made this ski become a must-have over the years. With intermediate dimensions and a very limited weight, going up and down on long day trips, or over several days will be easy. As well as its ease when climbing, the ski is also very able when in downhill mode. It is very manageable, and slaloming between the trees in a forest full of powder is what it does best. The Wayback 92's impressive agility will get you out of hazardous situations. The Wayback is also an example in terms of grip on packed snow, thanks to its alpine tail which allows you to carve turns perfectly. A best-seller and we know why!
Simply put, the Wayback 92 is an accessible and high-performing touring ski. Very light, it will accompany you on all your adventures, no matter the difference in altitude, and will take you from the peak to the car park.
