The Wayback 89 W 2024 are touring skis for women from K2.
The Wayback range offers excellent downhill performance, great grip and impressive stability in all snow conditions. It also has Snophobic hydrophobic top sheets to prevent the snow from sticking to your skis and weighing them down. The Skin Grommets skin attachment system is reliable and easy to use.
The skis are made from Paulownia Tour Lite wood, making the skis light and lively. To top it all off, the Titanal plate, mainly located in the centre of the ski, offers exceptional stability without weighing the ski down.
The Wayback in version with the 89mm waist is the intermediate ski in the range. It's a ski that goes down as well as up. With intermediate dimensions and very limited weight, you'll find it easy to hurtle down the slopes on long day or multi-day outings! Very manoeuvrable, slaloming between the trees of a forest full of powder is where it shines. The Wayback 89's impressive agility will get you out of hazardous situations when riding in couloirs. It's an example in terms of grip on hard snow, as it carves perfectly with a heel that has an alpine character.
