Wash-in Tx Direct

Use in washing machine:
For best results, remove all non-washable parts and always pre-wash items with detergent Nikwax Tech Wash® in a separate wash cycle. There is no need to dry your clothes before waterproofing them. Remove all tracks of detergent from the detergent compartment.

- Put the clean item(s) of clothing in the washing machine (maximum 2 items)
- Use 100 ml per item of clothing
- Select a 30°C synthetic cycle with a gentle spin

Do not wash an item of clothing if its watertight seams are coming apart.*
To maintain the waterproofing, always wash with Nikwax® Tech Wash®.
Do not use classic washing powders.

* Watertight seams can sometimes come apart if a garment is worn out. These can be reattached with glue once they have been waterproofed and have dried.


Hand use:
Use gloves to avoid getting your hands wet!
- Place 1 clean item of clothing in 6 litres of lukewarm water in a basin or sink
- Use 50ml of the product
- Stir and leave for 5–10 minutes, then stir again
- Rinse thoroughly under cold water
- Air-dry or tumble dry on a low heat setting if the care instructions allow
