Description

The Insulated Storm Shift Jkt Oar Tan from Patagonia is a technical and high-performance ski/snowboard jacket for women, perfect for all your snowy outings this winter.

Designed with a double-layer fabric, this 2-layer insulated jacket features the waterproof and breathable GORE-TEX® ePE membrane for absolute protection against the elements. Its synthetic insulation Thermogreen® provides excellent warmth when temperatures drop. The textured fleece lining allows for moisture wicking and dries quickly.

On the practical side, this jacket is equipped with an adjustable helmet-compatible hood, numerous secure pockets, and a snow skirt for optimal protection. It also features pit zips for easy ventilation and the RECCO® reflector for added safety. The pre-shaped sleeves offer excellent freedom of movement.

GORE-TEX® ePE The ePE (expanded polyethylene) membrane of the new GORE-TEX® products marks a key step towards responsible performance, delivering highly durable, high-performance products designed for long service life. The brand-new GORE-TEX® ePE membrane is lightweight, thin yet strong. To create a GORE-TEX® product, the membrane is combined with carefully selected fabrics, such as recycled fabrics, either solution-dyed or undyed***.

* Contributes to Gore Textiles’ goal of eliminating environmentally concerning PFCs from the lifecycle of its consumer products. This is achieved here by using non-fluorinated materials.
** Thanks to the use of a new lower-mass membrane and the selected textile(s) for laminates (Higg MSI)

RECCO® RECCO® is an avalanche rescue system used worldwide to facilitate rapid location of people. The two-part system includes a detector used by rescuers and reflectors integrated into clothing. Together, they enable quick location using radar but do not replace the use of transceivers.
