PRIZM POLARIZED
The term polarised is used to define lenses that allow only direct light to pass through. In other words, the reflected light does not reach the eye. For example, when we look at the surface of water with the sun reflecting in it, we only see the reflection (characterised by a large glare zone). With polarised lenses, this light is filtered so that it does not reach the eye. This makes it possible to see the bottom of the water.
