The RS 8 is equipped with a lightweight and high-performance Stringer Core. It is designed to minimise the use of raw materials while enhancing torsional rigidity for even better performance. Its high-quality universal G5 base offers excellent glide across a variety of snow conditions. This base is often used on Salomon competition models for its smoothness.

Featuring narrow edges, this ski focuses on grip and power transfer while remaining light and fast. The RS 8 X-Stiff is perfectly suited to advanced to expert skiers, whatever their preferences.

They are sold and fitted with Prolink Shift Skate bindings, which are lightweight and ergonomic, allowing you to adjust them by moving the lever forward for more grip and backward for more glide. These bindings are compatible with Prolink, Turnamic, and NNN standard boots.
