Rearming Tool

The Ortovox Rearming Tool is a reactivation tool designed to check if the Avabag airbag system is on and readjust it if necessary after the airbag has been triggered.

In addition, knowing that one of the special features of the Avabag system is that it offers the possibility of training to trigger the bag without a cartridge in place, the Rearming Tool will be most useful in learning how to react properly in a real emergency situation. Thanks to the Rearming Tool, the system is easily powered up again following triggering of the device.

Regular training in the activation of the Avabag airbag is necessary in order to successfully activate the system in case of an avalanche.
