The Prodigy 3 Capsule 2027 is a ski from the brand, Faction designed for freeride skiing and all-mountain skiing and aimed at intermediate skiers.

The skis in this range Prodigy are designed for all-mountain skiing , though certain models feature specific freestyle or freeride characteristics. All of them Prodigy are built in the same way and using the same technologies.
They feature a DirectionalTwin shape with twin rockers at the tips , giving them excellent performance and handling on all types of snow, whether riding forwards or backwards. Only the core and the sidecuts vary from one model to another.

With a waist widthof 106 mm, the Prodigy 3 Capsule straddles the line between pure freeride and all-mountain. This binding ensures an intuitive, stable ski that will handle any terrain. It handles all types of snow with ease – crusty, chopped up snow – but is even more at home in fresh, thick snow. It’s still very comfortable on the slopes, making it ideal for transitions or even for skiing all day long.

In terms of its construction, the sidecut of the range Prodigy 3 Capsule is elliptical, designed to improve floatation in Powder snow whilst maintaining ease of carving on the slope.
