Freeride skiing - Women -
The Sheeva 9 2025 Sarcelle is a women's freeride ski from the brand Blizzard.
The Sheeva 9, narrower than its big brothers Sheeva 10 and 11, is an incredible combination of pure performance and playful behaviour.
Inspired by the Rustler men's range, it has the same shape, with 96mm waist and a double rocker. The Sheeva 9 is a versatile and very playful ski. Extremely agile on the track, it can be driven with agility, whether cutting corners or sliding, in wide curves or short turns, everything happens in the blink of an eye and with disconcerting ease. Its lift remains very good and lift-off will occur in the blink of an eye thanks to its effective rocker. With a classic camber under the foot and reduced sidecuts compared to other skis in the range, it holds it own on all terrain and will be perfect for spring skiing.
The Sheeva 9 has a balanced core composed of different woods. The advanced Carbon Flipcore D.R.T technology has a major influence on the flex: rigid and very stable underfoot thanks to the Titanal layer, it is much more playful at the ends with unidirectional carbon reinforcements that reduce longitudinal rigidity but increase it in torsion. The tip and tail will therefore be much more progressive and playful, while remaining stable, allowing you to express your style regardless of snow conditions. This also creates incredible handling for such a wide ski, and great comfort so riding is always enjoyable.
A structured base, heel reinforcement and anti-vibration plates finish off this exceptional ski.
With the Sheeva 9, Blizzard has added the missing piece to its Freeride range. A ski with a freeride construction and shape, but trimmed in size compared to the other skis in the range. This gives it a high degree of stability under all conditions. This ski is great for sharpening your turns and having fun on the slopes, but will also be able to take on a freeride line or ride in the forest on powdery days. It's designed for experienced skiers, but it's so easy to handle and play with that it could easily be seen at the feet of intermediate skiers.
