Gateway 2024
The Gateway 2024 is an all-mountain pair of skis for men from K2 Snowboard.
It is aimed at beginner/intermediate riders who want to discover or rediscover snowboarding. Ideal for improving your skills throughout the resort, on and off the slopes. The Gateway will accompany you throughout your day.
It is a board that has been created with progression in mind. Its flat camber allows for increased manoeuvrability, giving the board a high tolerance for edge faults, making the Gateway an ideal, safe board to learn on!
Its soft flex of 5/10 allows a quick and easy grip which will allow you to move quickly with ease. This board is very versatile so you will experience new sensations with every run. It offers a tolerant flex thanks to the Aspen Core core and the ICG™ 10 Biax Glass topsheet, thus increasing control on all types of snow.
The Gateway is therefore an accessible board for beginners/intermediates that benefits from the quality and performance of the K2 brand, ideal for gaining confidence and perfecting your technique.

Construction:
Camber - Directional Rocker: An all-purpose profile designed to be the ideal companion for all-terrain snowboarders. The directional rocker profile has a medium-sized rocker in the nose, flat in the middle of the board and a low rocker in the tail, allowing effortless turns on hard snow and sufficient float in soft snow.
Shape - Directional: The directional shape is a classic snowboard shape, designed with a nose that is slightly longer than the tail to concentrate the pop at the tail while providing plenty of float, flow and control on all terrain and in all conditions.
Core - Aspen Core: A single type of wood that guarantees flexibility, durability and a proven grip.
Topsheet -ICG™ 10 Biax Glass : Biaxial glass fibre weave with 10 integrated carbon fibres.
Base -Extruded 2000: It offers consistent glide and is easy to maintain and repair.
2x4 Inserts: They increase the number of options for positioning your bindings in an optimal way.
