Nubuck And Suede Proofing

Product not eligible for returnThis product Nubuck & Suede Proof from the brand Nikwax is a waterproofing treatment for Nubuck and Suede leather, complete with a sponge applicator for shoes.
Wash your shoes with Footwear Cleaning Gel® and if they are practically new or have recently been re-waterproofed, the durable water-repellent (DWR) treatment will be restored simply by washing them. However, once the shoes have been well used, you will need to re-waterproof them by using this product.
Hand use:
- Wipe away the dirt with a damp cloth
- Shake the bottle well before use
- Squeeze the centre of the sponge to release the product
- Apply generously to wet shoes
- After 2 minutes, wipe off any excess with a cloth
Note: Light-coloured suede/Nubuck may darken after application. Test on an inconspicuous part.
- Leave the shoes to dry at room temperature
- You can stuff them with paper to absorb excess moisture
- Keep your shoes away from any sources of warmth and radiators
- Drying the shoes too quickly can cause the leather to crack and the glued soles to come away
