Thanks to the integration of advanced technologies and innovative materials, these boots offer an exceptional skiing experience in all conditions.
The Boa® Fit System allows for precision micro-adjustable fitting, ensuring optimal support throughout the day. This system consists of a micro-adjustable dial, lightweight and ultra-durable laces, and low-friction lace guides, all designed to enhance the boot’s fit and performance. K2’s most high-performance shell is the Powerlite Shell, which uses walls of varying thicknesses and four distinct types of TPU to provide the perfect balance between lightness and responsiveness. Additionally, the MultiFit™ Last technology enables the boot to adapt to a wide range of foot shapes, from 97 mm to 100 mm, offering a customised fit without the need for multiple last models.
The Powerlock Spyne is designed for alpine touring, offering a 50-degree range of motion to facilitate ascents while maintaining the necessary rigidity for controlled descents. The Friction Free Cuff Pivot complements this feature by reducing resistance in walk mode, making every step smoother and less tiring. The Fastfit Instep system eases foot entry and exit thanks to a softer TPU material at the instep. Furthermore, both the shell and cuff of the boot are Fully Heat Moldable, allowing complete customisation of the fit to perfectly suit each skier.
The Integrated Tech Fittings ensure compatibility with Tech bindings and alpine DIN bindings, offering great versatility for those switching between alpine and touring skiing. Finally, the GripWalk system provides excellent grip on icy or snowy surfaces, thanks to two-part soles that can be replaced separately, thus extending the boot’s durability.
