The Mega Death 2026 is an all-mountain freeride snowboard for men's from East Capita for expert riders.
Inspired by the contemporary killer The Black Snowboard Of Death for its versatility, this version Mega has been designed down to the smallest detail to deliver an ultra-lightweight and extremely Powerful Handling.
Its profile Alpine V1 offers a mid-body camber with a flattail at the base and a point WAH-POW! for maximum pop while retaining a high level of stability. What's more, its reversed camber nose will have you soaring on the deepest snow. Its slight positive camber also makes this freeride machine easier to land and steer!
On the Construction level, this Mega Death is built around a Core Thermopolymer Starship Core™ offering a perfect balance between durability and Lightness. This unique Hybrid Core retains all the pop of poplar while adding recycled thermopolymer channels for incomparable sensations underfoot. Finally, the sole Megadrive™ is made from modified polyethylene UHMW with a high Carbon content and special fluorine additives. This guarantees constant speed, whether in Powder snow or on the slopes.

This provides tons of pop and stability on hard snow, while increasing floatation and landing power in deep snow. The camber is longer in the tail, offering extra power for the ascent or for taller riders attracted by a Wide set. |
| Shape - DIRECTIONAL/NEW AGE PROGRESSIVE DEATH GRIP™ | Shape with the bindings slightly further back towards the tail and a slightly longer nose for better floatation in deep snow. The sidecut changes along the board to allow for easy turn initiation while maintaining good control during the turn. |
| Core - THERMOPOLYMER STARSHIP CORE™ | Using an advanced electronic sorting System, we select mega premium poplars with reforestation certification, graded according to grain weight and consistency.
