Description

The Mantra 108 2026 is a Versatile freeride ski for men's from East Völkl designed for skiers looking for speed, buoyancy and performance.

This ski is made to cut the Mountain in half at the speed of light. With carbon tips and a Multilayer Woodcore core made from a mix of poplar and beech, this ski is versatile to modulate power according to the snow conditions.

What's more, the technology 3D.Radius Sidecut technology makes it easy to handle and stable, from small bends to big curves at full speed. So, despite the width of the Edge, edge changes are optimised to make you more agile and better able to adapt to changing terrain. This construction is perfectly adapted to the double rocker which improves the initiation of turns in all types of snow.

Its Construction Titanal Frame is more rigid and less easy to handle than the East. Tailoredbut offers better transmission of pressure and much more power. Another innovation is the Carbon Tips which brings greater precision to the tip level. The carbon fibres are strategically positioned in different thicknesses to provide better turning initiation, and also to allow you to have fun with the ski.

This ski is Powerful thanks to its Construction Full Sidewall but also promises greater durability because it has been designed to withstand outer impacts. The Big's compact, high-quality sole offers even more excellent glide thanks to the P-Tex 2100.

Aggressive and Versatile, the Mantra 108 will be ideal for expert skiers who know how to ski all-terrain!

- Full-length side edges for direct power transmission

Core - MULTILAYER WOODCORE Multi-layer Wooden Core with two different wood densities. A dense ash core is used in the binding area, while the rest of the ski has a poplar core. The denser wood holds the screws in place and Belayer stability, while the softer poplar section offers resilience and flexibility.
Base - P-TEX 2100 Sintered high-density high molecular weight polyethylene base with high strength and exceptional sliding.
3D RADIUS SIDECUT Use of the long radius in tip and tail for large turns at high speed The tip resists durability at high speeds and there is no radius limit on corner exits for greater ease of use. Use the shorter radius for small bends at medium speed. This means easy entry into curves, outstanding agility and, above all, less effort in short corners.
CARBON TIPS Technicality used to Embroider individual Carbon fibres onto a carrier material. This allows them to be positioned exactly along the tension lines, opening up entirely new performance possibilities at the front of the ski, which has a decisive influence on ski handling. Lightweight, they react with less effort and build up energy quickly. The result is a new level of precision, direct tip response and active skiing pleasure.
TITANAL FRAME The 0.7mm thick titanium frame is integrated along the side wall and in the tip and tail area of the ski. In this way, the ski provides the stability and cushioning that every experienced skier expects in the most critical areas of the tip and tail. A second, thinner layer of Titanal (0.3 mm) under the binding gives the ski the strength it needs. In this way, the binding screws provide a very reliable hold, even in the most difficult conditions, and the super-fine Layer allows for a soft flex in the middle of the body. Thanks to this highly complex construction, skiers benefit from an unprecedented combination of liveliness and stability at high speed.
