They are aimed at experienced riders with high demands from the quality of their equipment. For a freeride practice the Holgate is the perfect boot , combining robustness and reactivity. Its flex of 8/10 allows you to control your board with precision without being as extreme as the Thraxis.
Equipped with K2 Snowboard's best technologies, the Holgate is top of the freeride range. Its H3 BOA Coiler Lacing system will keep your feet firmly in the boot, and BOA® CONDA patented system from K2 will allow you to adjust the boot in a few clicks from the outside, without having to open your boot!
The Endo™ 2.0 construction enhances the performance of this boot, especially on powder, by incorporating new materials to achieve a more consistent flex and durability.
As for the sole, what better than Vibram® technology? This sole, the result of several years of research, provides comfort, durability and top grip, while guaranteeing low weight. Combined with Harshmellow™technology, which targets and absorbs vibrations, the Holgate will give you the most enjoyable ride imaginable.
Once at the top of the mountain, the Holgate will provide experienced freeriders with ideal safety and responsiveness, whether in powder or hard snow.
