Polarized sunglasses -
The Heliostat Clear brand's sunglasses Oakley are practical for hiking and everyday urban use.
Category 3 polarized lenses offer 12% light transmission, making them perfect for good weatherdays. They are made from polycarbonate, ensuring they are light and durable in terms of impact resistance. Polarized technology effectively reduces glare caused by reflections on water or shiny surfaces, whilst enhancing contrast and colour perception for clear, comfortable vision.
The frame is made from O-Matter®, an ultra-lightweight, durable and flexible material that resists twisting and withstands extreme conditions, ensuring optimal comfort all day long. The arms are fitted with sleeves Unobtainium® that become more grippy when wet, ensuring a secure fit even when you’re sweating. The moulded nose plates enhance comfort, whilst the rectangular shape of the frame lends a modern, sporty style.

| O-MATTER® | A torsion-resistant frame material capable of withstanding extreme environmental conditions. It is extremely lightweight but very durable. The controlled flexibility of this innovative synthetic frame material enhances impact durability whilst helping to ensure optimal comfort throughout the day. |
| PRIZM™ | Prizm™ is a revolution in the field of Sunglasses and Goggles, the result of decades of scientific research into colour. These lenses Prizm™ offer unrivalled control over light transmission; colours are precisely fitted to optimize contrast and improve visibility. These lenses Prizm™ have been designed to ensure you can see clearly in a wide range of lighting conditions, so you don’t need to change lenses when conditions change. |
| UNOBTAINIUM® | This rubber, developed by Oakley in the 1980s, has the distinctive feature that its grip improves in damp conditions (water, sweat). This material is used for the inserts on the temples and the nose plates. |
| Polarized | Glare is caused by what is known as polarized light. This indirect light comes from the sun’s reflection off a shiny surface such as water or snow. Polarized lenses combat this glare from the sun by blocking the dazzling rays whilst allowing the light that carries information to pass through, much like a Venetian blind. They also enhance contrast and colour. |
