The Griffon 13 Black/Blue is a freeride/freestyle binding from Markerdesigned for advanced to expert skiers.
Because Marker no one is left out, lighter riders can also get a top-of-the-range binding. The little sister of the Jester 16it has the same remarkable design and concept.
Designed for advanced to expert level skiers, it's very robust and rigid thanks to the tear-resistant screws. The binding is very well balanced in terms of weight, which gives it an excellent behavior for freestyle use. Combined with its short, compact design, this binding performs very well when rotated.
The Triple Pivot Elite 3 is a front jaw design that guarantees exceptional retention force in the event of a big impact (as in freeride/freestyle). This reduces the risk of early onset. L'inter-pivot 3 is the heel piece of the Pivot 3it offers a longer spring travel, absorbs ground irregularities and improves power transmission. With the front jaw and heel piece, this is a top-of-the-range, secure binding.
As with all of the brand's bindings, the AFD (Anti Friction Device technology ensures reliable and accurate release. In addition, the front and rear jaws provide good shock absorption, to avoid an early release and promote an ideal power transmission. With the Rail anti glaceyou can clear snow and ice easily, for a higher level of safety.
With the new standard GripWalk® you'll have a very good connection between your boot and the binding for even greater safety.
The Griffon 13 is still a monster in terms of quality, performance, style and safety.

| AFD | All Marker bindings have an AFD (anti friction device) that guarantees reliable and accurate release, virtually unaffected by dirt, snow or ice! Adjustment of the AFD can be varied according to the activity, whether it may be competitive runs, children's activities or ski touring. |
| Triple Pivot Elite 3 | This front jaw design, with DIN/ISO up to Z 18, guarantees exceptional holding power in freeride conditions. The front jaw spring is placed in an oblique position, and the 5° inclined sole support ensures the highest level of energy absorption to reduce the risk of early release. A large support surface optimizes the transmission of forces and allows the implementation of the highest forces. The jaws with this technology reach levels of performance never equaled, relative to their weight. |
| inter-pivot 3 | This heel cup offers a longer spring travel, absorbs ground irregularities and improves power transmission. This binding allows you to really engage without having to deal with unexpected triggers. |
| Gripwalk | The sole-binding system offers better walking comfort and sliding performance. GripWalk has a new copolymer sole with a curved profile. Their convex shape and rubber tread make walking comfortable without compromising their grip. Their integrated rigid pads ensure excellent power transfer and precise release of the binding. GripWalk Insoles are the perfect accessories designed for a limited number of selected ski boots and bindings. |
| Rail anti glace | Use the metal accessory to scrape ice and snow from the sole of your ski boot. |
