| Polarized | Glare is caused by what is known as polarized light. This indirect light comes from the sun reflecting off a shiny surface such as water or snow. Polarized lenses combat this glare from the sun by blocking the dazzling rays whilst allowing the light that carries information to pass through, much like a Venetian blind.
