Available only in storeFarte Base Soft 200g brand Vola is a wax designed to harden and protect the sole before other waxes are applied.
The bases harden the sole while providing effective protection against abrasion from snow, which tends to burn the sole. The base waxes also have the effect of fixing the other waxes. Each base is designed for a specific discipline, as hardness affects maximum speed.
This farte is a soft base enabling very high speeds to be reached. This base is recommended for speed disciplines such as Super-G or DH. Its high level of Grip means it remains effective long after the acceleration phase.
- 200g block of flour
- Ideal for Super-G and DH
- Recommended Iron temperature : 120°C
Usage advice:
- Clean your base and apply wax with the iron
- Leave to cool for at least 2 hours
- Scrape off all the wax with a plastic scraper
- Brush with a Nylon brush followed by a horsehair brush
