Available only in storeThe wax Base Soft 200g from the brand Vola is a wax designed to harden and protect the base before applying other waxes.
Base waxes harden the base while effectively protecting it against snow abrasion, which tends to burn the base. Base waxes also have the effect of fixing other waxes. Each base wax is intended for a specific discipline as hardness influences maximum speed.
This wax is a soft base allowing very high speeds to be reached. This base is recommended for speed disciplines such as Super-G or DH. Its high grip enables it to perform long after the acceleration phase.
- 200g wax block
- Ideal for Super-G and DH
- Recommended iron temperature: 120°C
Usage tips:
- Clean your base and apply the wax using the iron
- Let cool for at least 2 hours
- Completely scrape off the wax with a plastic scraper
- Brush with a nylon brush, then with a horsehair brush
