Available only in storeThe wax Base Medium 200g from the brand Vola is a wax designed to harden and protect the ski base before applying other waxes.
Base waxes harden the base while effectively protecting it against abrasion from snow, which tends to burn the base. Base waxes also have the effect of fixing other waxes. Each base wax is intended for a specific discipline as hardness influences maximum speed.
This wax base combines good acceleration and performs well at high speeds. This base is recommended for GS and Super-G disciplines in alpine skiing. The durability of this wax is also ideal for long-distance cross-country ski races.
- 200g wax block
- Base for impregnation and training
- Ideal for GS and Super-G
- Recommended iron temperature: 135°C
Usage advice:
- Clean your base and apply the wax using the iron
- Let cool for at least 2 hours
- Completely scrape off the wax with a plastic scraper
- Brush with a nylon brush, then with a horsehair brush
