Featuring the Alpride E2 electronic airbag system, the lightest of its kind, this backpack uses supercapacitors to power the compressor's electric motor. As a result, the 162L airbag inflates in just 3 seconds and there is no loss of power even at very low temperatures.
In terms of carrying comfort, the Alproof Tour 36+5 SL uses the Alpine back system, which combines a firm and secure position (the load is always close to the centre of gravity) with pleasant ventilation thanks to the 2 Softstripe pads. With its expandable 38-litre (+5-litre) capacity, this model lets you carry a large quantity of equipment for your most technical outings or multi-day expeditions.
The Alproof Tour 36+5 SL is also well accessorised. It includes a separate compartment for safety equipment, binding straps for skis or snowboards, equipment loops and a leg loop that prevents the bag from slipping over your head if you fall.

Alpine back system:
For backpacks intended for alpine use, it is essential to match durability and function to the weight as best as possible. The Alpine system is up to this challenge. Perfectly adapted to the body, its two Softstripes cushions flexibly adapt to the shape of the back with every movement. In combination with the slim storage bag, the load is always close to the centre of gravity. This means control of the bag, you can concentrate on the action in difficult terrain. The system therefore combines a firm and secure position with excellent carrying comfort and pleasant ventilation.
SL Fit - Female adjusted fit:
- Shorter back Women's backs are generally shorter than men's. The carrying systems of the Deuter SL models are therefore shorter to better adapt to the female body shape.
- Narrower straps. The straps have a pronounced S-shape and rounded edges. They are narrower and closer for a perfect fit on the shoulders, without pressure points or rubbing.
- Conical hip stabilisers. The hip stabilizers form a cone to fit the female anatomy perfectly.
