60 days to change your mindThe Alpinist JR Long Travel is a ski touring binding from Marker. It is intended for long outings and is specially designed for children.
The length of the sole can be adjusted to suit you better. In addition, it offers an active compensation of its length when the ski flexes.
The Alpinist JR Long Travel has a good weight/performance ratio, for the most demanding young skiers. With a weight of 720 g per pair, it is the perfect lightweight binding! They have three climbing aids of 0°, 5° and 9° - so you can easily hike up the mountain!
On the descent, the 35 mm wide toe piece hole ensures a strong hold and an excellent transmission of power from the foot to the edge. The carbon reinforced front toe piece with anti-ice pads provides high rigidity and comfort.
Finally, you can adjust your DIN between 2 and 6 according to what you're looking for, meaning you can easily go from the climb mode to the descent mode!

The "Fast Shift mode" allows you to quickly switch from neutral to the highest walking mode. Active length compensation in the heel provides constant power transmission and slackening performance, even when the ski is flexed.
- Active Length Compensation: Located in the heel area, active length compensation allows the heel to move back up to 4 mm when the ski is flexed.
