Freeride skis -

L'AK 121 2026 is a freeride ski by East Candide for experienced skiers.
Its 121mm waist, flat camber and Double rockers (powder rocker) give you maximum floatation in Powder snow and instant response to every movement you make. What's more, the technology triple radius sidecut technology allows three different curve radii to be distributed across the ski. On a tip, this means quick turns. With its big waist radius, the ski will be at 100% of its capacity and won't move. In the heel, it Belays a Powerful Trigger for turns and stability at high speeds.
Designed with a paulownia and poplar wood core sandwiched between layers of fibreglass and carbon, this ski is more durable and lighter. This responsive Core gives the ski an unprecedented pop, perfect for jumping over slope markings. What's more, the dual mounting points makes two mounting positions possible, with the personal mounting point of Candide and a 'Normal' mounting point that suits most skiers and terrain.
The Wood used comes from responsibly managed forests. FSC wood. A good way to reduce your environmental impact.
TheAK 121 2026 will suit experienced riders who like to get off the beaten track and conquer virgin powder snow.

| TRIPLE RADIUS SIDECUT |
There are three different curve radii on the ski (tip-tail-heel). The tight radius of the tip means you can start turns quickly. A wider radius at the tail level gives a Powerful Trigger for turns and stability at high speeds. Finally, a large radius under the foot means that wherever you ascent, the ski will be 100% present. |
| DUAL MOUNTING POINTS |
2 possible mounting positions: the personal mounting point of Candide and a "Normal" mounting point suitable for most skiers and terrain. Please note: If no precision is given when the assembly request is made, our workshop will refer to the "Normal" point. |
