This organic cotton and jute model is made from eco-friendly and fair-trade materials. Its unique design is perfect for mid-season or summer outings in the city. The entire textile part of this pair is made from cotton, and the sole has been designed from a mix of Amazonian rubber and synthetic rubber, for optimum walking comfort. The shoes are made in Brazil, as close as possible to the raw materials, in a factory that respects workers' rights.

The cotton is grown in Brazil and Peru by cooperatives that respect people and the environment, in accordance with fair trade principles. In Brazil, cotton is organic and agro-ecological, a form of agriculture that enriches the land after it has been cultivated by exploiting the complementary nature of the species grown and the retention of water in the soil. In Peru, organic cotton farmers are helped to obtain certification and receive technical and financial support to improve their production. |
